Broad experience at key positions

Since joining TBMA in 2018, Michael has gained broad experience across the organisation and developed an in-depth understanding of our business, customers, products, and people. He began his career at TBMA as a Sales Engineer and has since held several key positions, most recently serving as Operations Manager.

With a background in mechanical engineering and eight years of experience within TBMA, Michael brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational leadership, and company knowledge to his new role. Through his close collaboration with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and business partners, Michael has gained a comprehensive understanding of the organisation and is well positioned to lead TBMA Europe through its next phase of development and growth

Michael’s appointment provides continuity in our company and reinforces our commitment to delivering the quality, service, and long-term partnership our customers and business partners expect from TBMA.

This appointment follows the departure of Ed Wisse, who, after three successful years with TBMA, has chosen to pursue a long-held personal ambition and begin a new chapter in his career as a Mechatronics teacher at a technical college. We would like to express our sincere gratitude for his dedication, leadership, and valuable contributions to TBMA, and wish him every success and fulfilment in this exciting new phase of his career.
